Was an ideal base for vacation. Thoroughly enjoyed Highland, the hotel was great in the middle of jackson. The rooms were clean and exceptionally nice and included central heating, a laptop-compatible safe and flat-screen television etc. A walk-in shower in the bathroom was a plus. The vibe here was special!

The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed ordering it from our room. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The towels were fluffy and the pool and hot tub looked clean and inviting. The hotel grounds were well kept and the live music in the bar on Friday night was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel had a convenient location near a casino and a Walmart, which was great for any small emergencies or shopping needs.
The shower water pressure could have been stronger, and it would have been nice to have a small store on-site for snacks and drinks. The hotel was unable to store luggage, which was inconvenient, and there was no shuttle service to the casino.

We had a great time staying here with family and friends. The location was perfect, close to the casino and several restaurants. The room amenities were top-notch, with an iPad and flat-screen TV, and the staff was very helpful with room service and wake-up calls. We enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sun loungers. The on-site car park and luggage storage facility were also convenient.
